Saturday 25th of May, 9.15 pm at the La Nuova Fenice Theater in Osimo there will be the musical event “Bellini – Verdi 800” Italian dedicated to some of the most exciting opera scenes in the romantic repertoire. The soloists of the Accademia d’Arte Lirica and the pianist Alessandro Benigni will be involved in a program that unites two great authors of our lyric. The staging is by the director Matteo Mazzoni, who crowns the study of the work through the knowledge of acting and body expression techniques.
Four great scenes will give the soloists the chance to measure themselves with roles of great vocal and interpretative commitment. Two Bellinian operas, Beatrice di Tenda and Norma, represent the culmination of the bel canto season. Two Verdi operas, Attila and the famous Traviata, touch the peak of the romantic season.
