An exciting encounter with the great
composers of French opera music awaits our public in Teatro La Nuova Fenice in Osimo
on Sunday 17 April at 17:30. Entitled “The charm of French opera
” the Academy of Lyric Art’s soloists will entrance you with the tormented love
story of Manon and Des Grieux and the youthful anguish of Werther, both
set to music by Massenet, with the seductive Carmen of Bizet and the infernal
sarcasm of Mephistopheles in Gounod’s Faust. A wonderful opportunity to discover
the charm of French music through the talented soloists of the Academy,
accompanied on the piano by Mirca Rosciani .
